- Legal record of the organizations, businessman guarantee for foreigners (including the copy of business registration form, the copy of the verification of seal form, the copy of tax code registration, signature and stamp form);
- Passport of foreigners has time available at least 6 months
- Labor License (in the case of foreigners who want to apply for a visa for the period of 3 months or more, Investors, Head Plan Office, Non-government organizations, Foreign Lawyers who were granted the Labor Certification in Viet Nam the Labor License is not required
